  Visitor, beware! First off, know that they will charge you for any after hours service as long as it ROUNDS to ABOUT 5 pm and afterwards. Most insurance companies will not pay for the "after hours service" charge. What's really great about this place is that they don't tell you that this charge will be applied until you have made about 4-5 visits while they take their sweet time submitting to the insurance carrier for payment. After they don't receive the payment, you get stuck with a bill that was never explained at the beginning. Second, horror story - the Dr's in the facility are down-right obnoxious and rude including the working staff; not sure if they are under-paid or just have bad morale in the place? Our daughter threw up in the examination room and the doctor refused to come in stating that the smell was "horrendous" and that we should control our kid!! Are you kidding me! The kid was sick and last time I checked, vomit doesn't have a rosy smell! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

  Excellent service, caring physicians, great staff. Seeing another review on here that was not positive, I seriously double checked to make sure I was looking at the right "Willows Pediatrics" in Westport, CT, because it sounded so unlike my experience there. We've been going here 7.5 yrs, even after moving farther away a few years back.
