- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient at this group for over 10 years and will never go back. My son was recently treated for a planters wart here. After a month and a half the wart was not getting better but worse. He was leaving for sleep away camp in a week and the wart was cracked, open and bleeding. I called hoping for "an emergency appointment" as I didn't want to send him away with an open wound. The first available appointment they could find was a week after he departed for camp. I asked if I might be put on a cancellation list; the answer I was given, "We don't do that but you can call every day." Well thanks. I was referred to a different group in Norwalk, was given three available appointment tomes in the next 48 hours as they saw the importance of our issue. The new Dr saw us the next day! Oh, and we were checked in, treated and checked out within 20 minutes! Good bye Adult and Pediatric Dermatology; your offices are antiquated, your Drs marginal and your staff down right rude.February 04, 2017by Susie Richards
